How to book?

To book a virtual reality booth for your party of event simply call us on 0411079279 or use our booking form. Any questions can also be directed to contact@explorevr.com.au

 

What happens on the big day?

On the day of your VR booth hire, we will attend your home or party site one hour prior and set up the virtual reality booth. One of our trained VR attendants will operate the booth, drumming up friendly competition and giving out prizes. 

 

Is this appropriate for kids?

We have a range of kids friendly games on offer, however the minimum age for kids is 8 years old.

 

How much space is needed?

Space is needed to set up a 3x3m marquee, generally outside. Access to power will also be required.

 

Deposits and payment?

A $50 deposit is required when booking with us, we accept Visa, Mastercard or internet banking transfers. The rest can be paid in full on the party day by card or with cash.

 

Do you offer hire of the Oculus Rift?

There are three high-tech virtual reality devices out at the moment. The HTC VIVE, the Oculus RIFT, and the Playstation VR. As they currently stand, the HTC VIVE is the only virtual reality headset that offers room-scale interaction, i.e. the ability to actually move around in your environment. At Explore VR we want to offer the best in virtual reality, so we think it's a  good idea to stick with the HTC VIVE.

 

Do you have insurance?

We carry $5,000,000 in Public Liability insurance. Please let us know if you require a copy of our certificate of currency.

 

Can I hire a VR booth on weekdays?

Yes – absolutely!

 

Can I hire a VR booth at night?

Yes – however, operation does not extend beyond midnight.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the Melbourne metropolitan area, however we are based in Berwick so surrounding suburbs are also acceptable.
